Has anyone sold a house by owner? We just put ours on the market on Saturday. I am excited to try by ourselves but it is also stressful. We decided we want a back yard and house that we can grow into because we are going out of our townhouse quickly. We put a sign up on our house and there are fliers for people to grab. We are also having an open house this weekend so hopefully that sends some buyers our way. Any tips on selling a house? ?
